What does 4/1 and 4/4 mean?
4/1 refers to the use of our four color printing process, cyan, magenta, yellow, and black(CYMK) on the front of our cards and only black ink on the back. The 4/4 printing is four color process on both the front and the back of the card.
What is a PURL?

Can I place an order for a custom size card if I order online?
Currently we are unable to accept custom size orders through the online ordering system.
What is Variable Data Printing?
Variable Data Printing is a tool for addressing the unique needs of individual customers. It is the practice of printing documents whose content varies based on database information. This can include information about the recipient such as name, etc. It can also be used to provide more relevant images and messages. For example, showing images of the type of product they have bought in past, or an offer based upon the size or type of customer.
It is often combined with static (non-variable information). For example a catalogue may have a cover with images and offer that would appeal to the individual (e.g. See your favourite…. on p. 65), combined with common inside pages.

What is bleed? What is Trim? How do I prepare files for bleed & trim?
The "Bleed" is a term to describe the area of a picture outside of the trim markings. The Trim Marking are those that are marked to be trimmed or folded. Please download our templates to understand where our bleed and trim templates are.
Can I use my own pictures to design my material?
Yes, upload your picture in the edit section of the templates. Please make sure they are in proper DPI.
What is your refund policy?
If a job is unacceptable due to defects in workmanship, we will reprint and ship out the job to you at no cost, or issue a future credit. No cash refunds are offered. Please note that the FULL original run must be returned to us and inspected. If you select option 1 we will reprint the order before inspecting it. This guarantee does not cover customer errors such as low resolution images, poor photography or incorrect copy. Furthermore, we print to industry accepted "pleasing color" standards. We will make every effort to produce a reasonable representation of your job based on your supplied materials. However, note that Image Media does not guarantee color matching so defects due to color matching cannot be honored. If a color proof is requested for critical jobs, we guarantee the color proof to match the final printed piece within recognized industry standards.
Are there any set up fees?
No there are no set up fees.
Are there any minimums :
There are no minimum number of orders per month outside of those required by the postal services. In the US, the minimum are 200 pieces for third class and 500 pieces for first class. In Canada, the minimum is 1000 pieces for a bulk mailing. www.easymailmaker.com allows you to combine a number of smaller mailings so as to fulfillthese minimum mailing quantities.
What is your turnaround time?
In markets such as real estate, speed of delivery is crucial for the listing or sale of a new home or product. our online system allows for an agent to build a Direct Mail piece and approve it within 10 minutes. The piece is printed, srorted, and delivered to the post office within 72 hours.
